Abstract

Blood pressure is the pressure generated by the arterial of heart. Blood pressure consists of systolic blood pressure (N:120 mmHg) and diastolic blood pressure (N: 80 mmHg). The condition if sistolic > 140 mmHg and diastolic ≥ 90 mmHg called hypertension. Hypertensive disease of employees in private companies which has high risk factor can be cured by eating foods that can make blood pressure lower such as EPA and DHA in fish oil. Omega 3, EPA, and DHA has the ability to stop blood clotting, dilate blood vessels, and reduce the thickness of the arterial wall.
