Introduction: Maternal and child health services are currently a priority for health development in Indonesia. High maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates are caused by high-risk pregnancies. Handling these cases can be done through early detection with antenatal care visits. However, various reasons prevent pregnant women from making these visits. Pregnant women need the support of health facilities with easy access to maintain health and realize a healthy pregnancy. The development of the times that began to enter the era of Society 5.0 is an opportunity for Indonesian health workers to provide digital technology-based services.
Methods: Telehealth is an information technology system that can be utilized for health services. BUMIL KECE is present to improve the health status of pregnant women based on digital applications using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model.
Result: In this application, there are two main features: maternity care and health promotion. The care features include consultation, tracker, scanner, menu recommendations, activity suggestions, and planner or calendar. Care and nutrition consultation for pregnant women will be connected to user profile data such as geographical conditions of residence related to food supply so that the intervention provided will be right on target. Meanwhile, the health promotion feature contains educational materials, live classes, educational videos, nutrinews, and questions and answers (QnA).
Conclusion: With these features, BUMIL KECE becomes an all-in-one application that is expected to help solve pregnancy-related health problems, improve health information and services, and improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future
